JOB PHILIP

CEO

Job Philip is the CEO and co-founder of Assert AI. He spent 14 years working on investment strategy in the financial sector, including positions at ICICI Venture, Kotak Mahindra and Yes Bank. Job left investing in 2019 to explore his passion for AI-human collaboration and has loved everyday since. Philip’s leadership as CEO has been auxiliary in driving the growth and success of Assert AI, with his expertise in machine learning and data science, and his strategic vision for the company.

Job has an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a BTech from IIT Bombay. He is a racket sports freak. When he is not working, he is mostly on a tennis court.

NITIN JAIN

Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer

Nitin Jain is a serial entrepreneur with a passion to create value for the entire startup ecosystem. He is scaling Assert AI with a vision to become the largest player in the Computer Vision domain. An IIT Bombay alumnus, he is ex-Head – Western India Operations, OYO Rooms, was also the Founder-CEO of Machadalo, which was covered by NDTV Unicorn, ET Now, Times Now, VC Circle and YourStory. Nitin’s extensive experience and his leadership skills have brought valuable insights and expertise to Assert AI.

As an interesting fact, Nitin Jain has a huge talent for singing, and his melodious voice is well known among his colleagues and friends.

Shalabh Assert AI

SHALABH

Business Head- North America

Shalabh, an experienced data and AI enthusiast, has over a decade of experience in the industry, he has established himself as a subject matter expert in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Shalabh’s expertise, business acumen and leadership skills have been instrumental in Assert AI’s success. His degree in Engineering from NIT, Durgapur, and a PG Diploma in Management from IIM, Lucknow provided him with a strong foundation in both technology and business.

Apart from his professional achievements, Shalabh is an avid trekker and adventure sports enthusiast. Shalabh has completed several high-altitude treks around the world.

Prashant Purker is a well-known figure in the Indian private equity industry, with over 3 decades of industry experience. As the former MD & CEO of ICICI Venture, he played a key role in shaping the firm’s growth and success. His expertise has been recognized through numerous industry awards and accolades. Prashant’s knowledge and insights are invaluable to Assert AI as it continues to innovate and transform businesses through AI-based solutions.

Prashant is a graduate of IIT Kanpur and a rank holder from IIM Ahmedabad. He has served as Director on the boards of more than 25 Indian and overseas companies.

Sanjay Singh

Business Advisor

Sanjay Singh is serving as a business advisor for Assert AI, leveraging his financial expertise to guide the company’s strategy and growth. He worked at Procter & Gamble for 21 years in various CFO roles before joining Abercrombie & Fitch in 2013. In 2015, joined Qurate (formerly QVC & HSN) and transformed the finance function to become strategic business partners. In 2019, Sanjay was appointed CFO for Qurate’s US division, responsible for 70%+ of the company’s revenues and profit.

Sanjay is a global finance leader who uses his financial expertise to shape business strategy and transformation. He values compassion, fun, and building best-in-class organizations.

Angshuman Rajkhowa

Business Advisor

Angshuman Rajkhowa, a seasoned Business Leader, brings over 18 years of extensive experience to Assert AI’s advisory board. With a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and a keen eye for identifying strategic opportunities, Angshuman plays a vital role in driving the company’s growth and success. His expertise in working with multinational teams and his passion for driving innovation make him a valuable asset in shaping the future of AI-driven solutions at Assert AI.

A seasoned cross-functional global team player, Rajkhowa brings a wealth of experience in developing and delivering non-conventional solutions to meet customer and stakeholder needs across multiple markets.

Tony-Milando

Tony Milando

Business Advisor

Tony Milando is an accomplished C-suite executive with more than 30 years of experience in consumer and industrial verticals. He has led standard-setting, cross-functional teams in manufacturing, supply chain, continuous improvement, and mergers and acquisitions.

The former CSCO of Xylem, Inc (NYSE: XYL), a $7 billion global water technology company has also held senior end-to-end supply chain roles at Stanley Black & Decker. Over his career, he consistently delivered upper-quartile productivity savings, substantially expanded low-cost sourcing, dramatically improved facility safety records and drove improved working capital.

Tony began his career in public accounting and holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Towson University, an MBA from Loyola University, is a CPA and an adjunct professor at Towson University. He also supports and serves on various charitable boards. He currently resides in Maryland with his wife, Deanna.

Jay Rampuria

Business Advisor

Jay Rampuria has over 20 years of commercial and operational leadership experience with venture and private equity-backed, as well as publicly traded firms, including Nielsen, Accenture, Unmetric, Toluna, and Nauto. Throughout his career, he has amassed considerable expertise in enterprise sales and marketing, working closely with major brands and agencies worldwide. His background includes extensive experience with tech-enabled services, SaaS products, and companies leveraging AI, positioning him to drive significant growth and innovation in these areas.

Jay is also passionate about talent development and mentorship, actively engaging with the start-up and venture community through advisory board roles to share his experiences and insights. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, where he received a BBA in Finance and Management Information Systems (MIS).
