CEO & Co-Founder

As CEO and co-founder of Assert AI, Job brings over 14 years of experience in investment strategy from firms like ICICI Venture, Kotak Mahindra, and Yes Bank. In 2019, he shifted gears to focus on AI-human collaboration, a passion that drives his leadership at Assert AI. With an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a BTech from IIT Bombay, Job’s expertise in machine learning and data science has been pivotal to the company’s success. Off the clock, he’s an enthusiastic tennis player.

Nitin Jain

Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer

An IIT Bombay alumnus and a serial entrepreneur, Nitin’s mission is to position Assert AI as a leader in the Computer Vision space. Prior to this, he headed Western India Operations at OYO Rooms and founded Machadalo, gaining significant industry recognition. Nitin is also known for his impressive singing talent, a skill his colleagues admire.

Shalabh

Business Head- North America

Backed by over a decade of experience in AI and machine learning, Shalabh leads Assert AI’s North American operations. He holds an engineering degree from NIT Durgapur and a PG Diploma in Management from IIM Lucknow, blending technical and business expertise. Outside work, Shalabh is passionate about trekking and has conquered several high-altitude trails worldwide.

Prashant Purker

Director

With over three decades of experience in private equity, Prashant is the former Managing Director and CEO of ICICI Venture, he was instrumental in the firm’s success. A graduate of IIT Kanpur and a top-ranking alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Prashant has served on the boards of over 25 companies globally. His deep industry knowledge continues to guide Assert AI’s strategic direction.

Harshit Bhatia

Co-CTO

Harshit drives the development and implementation of Assert AI’s computer vision solutions. Having completed his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering and worked on several projects involving machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. He is experienced in working with technology on edge on NVIDIA’s Deepstream framework and Intel’s OpenVino Toolkit. Harshit is a key driver of innovation and technical excellence within the company.

Rajesh Roy

Co-CTO

Rajesh is PX4 Ambassador, a full time drone enthusiast & a certified Jetson AI specialist. He plays a crucial role in driving our technological innovation, developing DeepStream solutions, overseeing the development of our AI-powered solutions. Rajesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree, and skills and experience required to drive technological innovation as co-Chief Technology Officer at Assert AI. With a strong passion for cutting-edge technology, Rajesh brings invaluable expertise to the company’s tech team.

Komal Agarwal

VP- Sales & BD

Komal has more than 12 years experience in driving company’s revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients. As a part of her academic qualifications, she holds an MBA degree which has equipped her with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in her role at Assert AI. She is playing a critical role in Assert AI’s success, and sales & business development by building new business through innovative & creative strategies.

Rashmi Walia

Marketing Head

Rashmi draws 16 years of experience at streamlining marketing process, product positioning, content development & generating strong demand for products. Having graduated with a degree in Mass Communication and Journalism and several courses in Marketing, Rashmi effectively communicates the value of Assert AI to a wider audience and successfully drive marketing campaigns and strategies owing to her hands-on experience in developing and delivering marketing strategy, CRM, Brand Management and Communication.

Sandeep Tiwari

VP – Operations

Sandeep Tiwari ensures seamless delivery of our solutions to our clients. He oversees every aspect of the deployment process, from procurement and installation to end-to-end deployment and ongoing support through his deep expertise in operations management and his ability to build strong client relationships.

Ankur Undale

CFO

Ankur excels in financial modeling, startup funding, and project reporting. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach, he leads account setup and process implementation, ensuring robust financial structures and seamless operations. Sanjay Singh

With 21 years at Procter & Gamble and senior roles at Abercrombie & Fitch and Qurate, where he was CFO of the US division, he managed over 70% of the company’s revenue. Sanjay is renowned for his strategic business acumen, compassion, and commitment to organizational excellence.

Tony Milando

Business Advisor

Tony Milando, a seasoned C-suite executive, brings more than 30 years of experience across consumer and industrial sectors. As the former Chief Supply Chain Officer of Xylem, Inc., Tony led critical initiatives in supply chain optimization and M&A. He holds a BS in Accounting and Finance from Towson University and an MBA from Loyola University. Tony is also an adjunct professor at Towson University and actively serves on several charitable boards.

Jay Rampuria

Jay Rampuria, a member of Assert AI’s advisory board, offers over 20 years of experience in enterprise sales, marketing, and tech-enabled services, especially in AI-driven companies.
