About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional with strong technical expertise in CCTV installation and networking to join our team in Mumbai. The role involves on-site CCTV installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and networking support. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel across India for project requirements and have excellent communication

skills to coordinate effectively with clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems at client sites.
  • Conduct on-site visits for CCTV installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Handle networking setup and connectivity for CCTV and related devices.
  • Provide client support, ensuring timely and efficient issue resolution.
  • Maintain basic documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams in Hindi/English.
  • Be open to traveling to sites across India as per project requirements.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of CCTV hardware and installation practices.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts (LAN, IP configuration, routers/switches).
  • Basic to medium knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in CCTV installation.
  • Good verbal and written communication in Hindi & English.
  • Flexibility to travel to sites across India when required.
